2eclipseblistering evil headache!
we spent the day moving dawn/installing her kitchen sink.
she got a house in red wing that has a really nice feel to it even if it is a real fixer-upper. she had some really nice friends (other than us) helping her out and it was good to meet them but i am currently wiped.
i have a zillion people i need to call and no energy to talk to any of them.
tomorrow is sunday, the last in a series of sundays where my church is doing themed sermons on controversial issues. this week is homosexuality and i _have_ to be there. so far i have been very positively impressed by the open-mindedness of this church, but i still have some suspicions...
also there is the super-bowl. i have never been a huge football fan but there is something about the superbowl i feel compelled to watch. i think it is all the years of growing up with superbowl parties. it doesn't feel right unless i watch football this one time of year. and eat hoagies. it isn't superbowl sunday without a good hoagie.
and i have no one to watch it with me. and our tv isn't even hooked up. ross has to work and i don't know anyone here who is interested in sports.
so i will go find a sports bar and be that one girl drinking beer and eating bar food in the corner, fantasizing about starting a food fight in the bar during half-time....especially if there are boy bands. i really don't like boy bands.
but this week should be fun. i am going belly dancing on mon. instead of wed. because wednesday is the beer and jazz festival!@@!
i haven't found any pubs in this area that have good beer on tap, maybe i will find some i like this week.
here's a question: why don't they have a word like "nauseated" to refer to having a headache?
