Harry Potter reviews...

the book is breath-taking. possibly my favorite so far. harry continues to be a moody teenager, but in a MUCH better way.

silvertongue1 noted, the ending is amazing. i find myself simulteously disappointed and elated...probably not for the proper reasons.
the main thing i want to say without spoiling things is VERY WORTH YOUR TIME.

Date: 2005-07-18 12:49 pm (UTC)didn't want the one who did it to turn out to be evil--it's too predictable. like--harry was right all along, isn't that swell, and the cool shades of gray (nasty guy is still on the right side) goes away.
unless he didn't want to do it but had to 'cause of the vow thing...that would be a twist that pleased me. shall have to wait a couple of years to find out, i suppose.
