i have started doing sit-ups and push-ups in the morning again. we'll see how long it lasts this time. i just don't like the feeling of doing them. i quite like the soreness afterwards, but doing them is just uncomfortable and awkward.
but i can already feel my stomach tightening. and that is very nice. it needs to tighten.

...wandered in from friends' list of [livejournal.com profile] costuming...I found that if I do things that resemble really nothing so much as marching in place while reading (or I guess people could talk on phones etc.), it also really makes a big difference in the core muscles and stomach and nether regions bits and legs, in a short period of time, while providing non-drastic stretching...and I tend to sort of dance back and forth also, which has a decent effect on that too...so, maybe these will add a little variety or extra oomph to your routine, if you have free (unobserved!) time to try them...at any rate, good luck with it!
