i have started doing sit-ups and push-ups in the morning again. we'll see how long it lasts this time. i just don't like the feeling of doing them. i quite like the soreness afterwards, but doing them is just uncomfortable and awkward.
but i can already feel my stomach tightening. and that is very nice. it needs to tighten.
