1. My username: 2eclipse. i like the pun the number adds, but mainly the 2 is there because it is my favorite number and because eclipse was already taken. eclipses are special to me. they are an image of light refusing to be stamped out by darkness

2. My name: heather jane hall anderson. i have a love/hate relationship with my name. for myself i like it. i like being named after a flower that refuses to die in harsh conditions and makes the heath more beautiful. i like having a name associated with scotland.
i hate most other heathers. now, i should be clear. i DO have friends named heather. but they are exceptions. mostly i find other heathers to be catty, entitled, precious women. i can't STAND it. give me an earthy heather any time.
i also just wish it were a less common name. i hate hearing my name, turning and finding that it is not me who is wanted.

3. My journal is titled: the darkness has not overcome it. this is a reference to john 1:5, a bible passage that has been an inspiration in my life since before i admitted to myself that i was christian. but i don't think you have to be christian to buy into it. there is darkness in this world, and hate, and treachery, and weakness. i want my life to shine like light against that darkness. i use that title, and the image of the eclipse, to remind myself to work at it.

4. My friends page: doesn't have a name. i don't see a need for it. my friends are my friends.

5. My default userpic is: an eclipse. for all the reasons previously noted.

i don't see any reason why not (other than i am an opinionated, foul-minded person with a weird sense of humor and you may get sick of that).
i like to pretend i know the people on my f-list though, and therefore i am listing a bunch of weird questions for you. you can also ask me whatever you like.
how can you get past superman's "goodness" to actually like him? let me explain. my objection to him is that he feels 2 dimensional. i don't believe i ever really know someone until i've argued with them or seen them do something i don't approve of... otherwise they are too perfect...they are on their best behavior all the time and i don't trust people who do that to be honest with themselves.
what was the first moment you knew you were in love with your wife?
do you think there is any benefit to being a cradle christian to being born again, or vice versa? or something else?
which do you think are more interesting, zombies or nuns? zombie nuns?
what makes you choose oklahoma as a place to live? you are only the second person i've ever met from oklahoma...if i hadn't me the first one in person, i might still believe its existance was a joke played on the world by people who live in texas...the texans i know would do that. tell me something you love about it. besides the good rollerskating. :)
