2eclipsei know i'm crazy with the posting today.
but mom just sent me
Ken and your dad had lunch today. Ken told him that a gay issue came
up
at conference during the clergy meeting. Your dad was not at that
meeting. Apparently, a clergyman in this conference had refused to
admit
a gay person into his congregation. The bishop's action at conference
was to remove that clergyman from his assignment...a very bold and
clearly just move in my book. Apparently the bishop was prepared for
reaction...had church attourneys present etc. However, the action was
not contested. Who would dare to throw a stone.
