so i'm getting a new phone tomorrow.
and my old phone doesn't turn on.
at all.
this means i have NO access to my old phone numbers. IF you want me to be able to call you, please send phone numbers to growl909@dsotm.net.
that is all

It's possible the old numbers may be still on the sim chip on the old phone, worth trying.

ya... if you're w/the same company i'm *sure* & maybe even if you're switching, the geeks can pull all the data off the address book part of your phone & keep it.

i know this b/c i smashed mine.

& then i took my smashed phone to the phone store & said "broken," & they sold me more plan & gave me a new phone & said "go to the geeks!" who had their own table at the back of the phone store. & i took the broken phone and the new phone to the geeks, and they did their geek magic, & now the new phone knows all my old contacts.

they couldn't fetch all my sentimental saved text messages, though.
