Here is how it works. Copy this list. Leave in the bands you've seen perform live. Delete the ones you haven't and add new ones that you have seen until you reach 25. An asterisk means the previous person had it on their list. Two asterisks means the last two people who did this before you had that band on their list.

you saw ashley mcisaac?

i'm either incredibly jealous... or i incredibly hate you right now. i'm torn on the envy issue at the moment.

i would say he is better in concert. in part because he didn't SING. that boy should seriously stick to fiddle playing. he had the chic he plays with there and they did sleepie maggie and brenda stubbert.
he left a pile of resin all around him on the floor because he was bowing so hard. he played in a kilt and combat boots and you could really feel his energy.
also they MIKED the bagpipes. it was the first time i had seen that and i was very impressed.

always the question: to tell the truth or appease the envy issues.....*ponders*

you have seen some bands i wish i'd seen too, if it makes you feel better. what are you up to these days? i miss you.

I've actually seen Seven Nations TWICE now that I think about it. They're pretty amazing. I'm pretty sure I've seen OTHER celtic rock bands now that I think about it. I don't think I've seen Flogging Molly.

The thing is that between S and his bestfriend, subject42, we manage to go to all these Celtic fests, and guess what kind of music they play...

I'm kinda glad that my cousin K isn't answering this meme. She's been to some amazing concerts. How do I know this? She'd call me to TELL me about it. She called me from both the Chemical Brothers, Daft Punk and Gorrillaz.

That did nothing for my envy issues, let me tell you.

I am good. Submerged in the world of work and BPAL. But then again, what else is new?

BTW, watch Ouran. Trust me. Even S likes it.

i don't really like flogging molly all that much.
i'm actually really envious of your seeing great big sea and evanesence (to say nothing of your bpal budget)

i've gotten completely addicted to this webthing called ravelry...kinda like myspace for knitters but better. no nasty pop-ups or music. just lots of yarn and patterns and interesting people. we have a knitter's bpal community. i think of you every time i see it.

Haha. Great Big Sea I wasn't too keen on when I first saw them (although they grew on me at the end of the concert, we were there to see Seven Nations, actually).

And you shouldn't be envious of my BPAL budget. It's not that big. I'm just a compulsive swapper. If I don't love it, I swap it away. I don't care if it's hard to find or whatever, I just swap. I've also been into BPAL for close to 2.5 years, so I've tried alot. Plus, I've made a few friends who have been EXTREMELY generous to me. One of them even bought me this mini-stuff plushie, which is SOOOO cute. I have to upload the picture for you to see. Really, the BPAL fandom and the people I've swapped with have just been REALLY nice, and most people include a little extra in their package.

I've been thinking about knitting actually. My mom used to knit. I like hats and scarves. Maybe I'll make my own. Except my fingers are retarded, so it will probably take me a LOOOOONG time.
