2eclipsemmmmmm..... i love cooking.
i'm in the mood for sweet and salty
tonight's menu:
pork chops baked with onions and apples
cabbage salad with soy dressing
cous cous with sultanas
i wish my knitting were going as well as my cooking.
EDIT: the cooking would be going better if our oven was working. i've had to take everything out of my big pan and use a smaller one that will fit in our toaster oven. thank god for that thing! i think it was the best thing we got with our wedding funds!
EDIT: ross fixed the oven. he's awesome.
