dude i might be nice, but i don't think i'm that nice. i HATE cleaning out refrigerators. your omlette sounds WONDERFUL. i don't think you have much to be jealous of. i like your "cooking fu" term. gonna have to steal that one. if the soup is any good i will post the recipe for you. you are probably right about the only-getting-close....but i'm all about trying.
