My personal opinion is this: If you need the money, look into a job that pays a bit more, but may not be your first choice. I don't know what qualifications you're placing on yourself for this, but working in a place that you might spend just as much money as you make can be very detrimental if you're looking for extra income. There are a number of things that can be mentally engaging without being "Dangerous".
On the other hand, if you're just looking for a touch of supplimental income, and to get you motivated and working outside of the home, find the job you really think you'd enjoy. Evaluate the jobs on what kind of happiness they would bring to you, and whichever seems to be the most alluring, go for it! A deliberation, on paper, about the pro's and con's of each place might help you decide which might be best suited in this case. And really, I'd personally go ahead and apply for anything interesting, and just wait to see what comes in with an offer... then see where they fall on the chart. The idea would be to get a few offers in the same week, ask for a few days to "talk to your husband and decide if this would work" of each, and once you've gotten enough responses, pick off your list.
Just some mundane suggestions. Best of luck darlin!
