2eclipseexhausting day. but it ended with good pho. i have finally found a good vietnamese place.
life is good.
much cleaning to do for tonight.
i got out the warm clothes today and put away most of the sleeveless stuff. it is a BIT earlier than normal. we are about 10 degrees chillier here than mclean. but i love fall. i am looking forward to it.
my boss is hysterical. and smart. today we got into a discussion of the nature of art. it is a difficult thing to define.
later i challenged him with dirty tongue twisters....well. they are only dirty if you say them fast.
"she slit the sheet. the sheet she slit. upon the slitted sheet she sits."
he repeated it back to me and then started talking about a poet i introduced him to that he liked.
then he randomly started shouting about sitting in shitty sheets. by the time he was done i was doubled over on the floor laughing. it seriously made my day.
