It wasn't just the LDS, it was also bankrolled majorly by the Catholic Church and I have just about had it with my Catholic faith and heritage.
Unfortunately, as I have said before here over the years, that does not lean me towards finding another Christian church to replace it, it just pushes me to walk away from my faith competely. I don't miss it, it doesn't feel like a void in my life, and things like Prop 8 *unthinkingly* bias me against all of Christianity even though there were churches that vigoursly opposed it.
