Do you support the legalization of meth?

No. While rational, educated people can make choices regarding drugs, most people lose the ability to be rational when on meth.

pro-choice, NOT pro-abortion. abortion is an evil in this world...but there are things that are much more evil. any circumstance where a woman is faced with this kind of choice is a situation where she is choosing the lesser of two evils. she has the right to make that choice.

No, not at all.

-Do you believe in the death penalty?

no.

-Do you wish marijuana would be legalized already?

yes, definitly. It's less dangerous then alcohol. but it should be legal for people under 18 as it has a harmful effect on brain development

Yes.

-Do you think same sex marriage should be legalized?

sort of. people of the same sex should be allowed all the legal rights of marriage and inheritance...but i don't think it should be called marriage or the individuals "husband and wife". yes, i know people already do this- this is my OPINION.

-Do you think its wrong that so many Hispanics are moving to the USA?

nope. the bill of rights states that ALL people (not all americans) have a right to pursuit of happiness. if they have to move here to pursue happiness, i don't think we have the right to tell them they can't.

totally up to her and her family. part of that choice thing i'm all about.

-The alcohol age be lowered to 18?

yes, but the driver's liscense age should be increased to 18 as well.
and we should have a 1 strike policy when it comes to drunk driving/high driving.

We should take the best course of action to remove most of our forces in the region.
however, we shouldn't have gotten involved there in the first place. there were no weapons of mass destruction and they were NOT connected to afghanistan.

-Assisted suicide is illegal..do you agree?

i don't feel good about assisted suicide or any other kind of suicide. i dont' think we have a right to a clean, dignified death.
but i don't think it makes sense to make people hang on past when they are having a good life either.
i want a 3rd option.

definitely not. i was never spanked (throws things at the people who say "yeah we can tell"). i think there are a dozen better ways to handle discipline and children who are treated with violence, learn violence.

Twice. It's just a piece of fabric, and I have a big problem with people who have made nationalism into a religion instead of something the country EARNS by being GOOD. a country that sinks to torture has no business claiming to be good.

-A mother is declared innocent after murdering her 5 children in a temporary insanity case...what do you think?

I think that, if the woman really was temporarily insane and had no control over her actions, then that is acceptable...it is the law, after all. Honestly, if that kind of situation occuered in truth, the woman's soul crushing regret after she regained her sens of self would be far worse punishment then anything the state could administer.
additionally, this woman needs help. she should not be around children unsupervised until she has been psychologically cleared.

i won't make the choice. to me this is playing God and i won't do it. someone else will have to have the blood on their hands.

not really. i expect people to judge me. all the time. i'm more concerned that when they do they will express their judgement cruelly, than that they judge me.
