Dec. 5th, 2007 08:08 amwe got 4 inches saturday and another 4 last night. a third storm is expected tomorrow and a forth over the weekend.
the weatherman says we could wind up with 20 inches.
at least we can expect a white xmas. it isn't supposed to get warm enough for it to melt.
i just want to say you KNOW your man loves you when (without your asking or hinting or anything) he gets up before 7am to snow-blow the driveway for you.
wow.
that's all i'm saying.
we have to fix the furnace. is it still making heat? yes. is it doing it the way it is supposed to? no. will it be expensive? yes, very. but at the end of the day we will have better efficiency and an allergy filter in addition to a furnace that works properly. keeping your furnace working is pretty important when you live in minnesota. i'm just grumpy about another big repair the month i have to do my xmas shopping.
my reading the audiences group is presenting to our church this sunday and to the class on tuesday and i am SO relieved that this part is just about done. it leaves me with a bible study series to plan, two 4-5 page papers and one 10 page paper. i am hoping to bang a lot of that out this weekend and also expand the journal entries i've been keeping for my faith and healing class. i hate having to write everything out long-hand. it makes me exceedingly grateful for this lj that i can look through my entries and remember what i was up to on whatever day so that i don't have to do it every day. i just don't have the schedule for writing every day.
