moody all-saints

 happy all saints day folks!
a neat time to remember the people who have been "saints" in your life.

so i was really moody the last couple of days. really grumpy and exuding so much negative energy that ross didn't want to be around me....which was fine because i was in such a bad mood i didn't want to be around anyone.

the change came yesterday afternoon.
ross came home and i was all affectionate and missing him and he said, "wow mood swing!"
and i said,"yup, aren't you GLAD?"
and we both thought this was really funny. moodiness is usually considered such a bad thing that it is easy to forget how nice it is when it swings your way.
we had a nice evening together. he made a lovely dinner while i carved a scary pumpkin and put it outside. we watched house and and i got my report written and we drank wine and watched "dear frankie" and "the shipping news" both of which were very enjoyable. we had LOTS of trick or treaters, some of whom missed the point and didn't dress up, but also a surprising number of skeletons and princesses. they must have been "in" this year.
life is so much better when you decide to make time for it.
