belly dancing rocked last night. i'm still not getting the work-out i want, but it is definately getting more interesting. we started on zils last night. pretty easy until you try to work them and move at the same time.
when our class was over the advanced one was still going. they were great! and so was the teacher. they looked like they were having SO much fun.
i was sad to see how many overweight women were doing it. not because they were doing it, but because it did not lead me to possitive fantasies of loosing weight by belly dancing.
sigh.
i did triple my crunches this morning. which puts me at 60. we'll see where that goes.
work for a few more hours and then soap-making i think.
