i have been SO crazy-busy and we're not done yet.
today we go in for a pre-marital blood test *flinches* so that we can make this thing legal.
in DC, the blood test is only good for 30 days, but the marriage license is good indefinately, so as long as you apply for it w/in 30 days you are good to go. also everything together costs about 100$ cash for anyone who wants to know.
the only thing i REALLY object to is that they test both people for syphilis and only the woman for other venereal diseases. grrr....at least that's what the website says. i'll find out for sure today i guess.
