you are getting VERY sleepy....
Jan. 22nd, 2005 08:00 pmyour medication is making you VERY sleepy.....
i have been suffering from all sorts of intenstinal nastiness that i won't go into since i came back from south africa/zimbabwe. went into the doctor this morning (he was VERY amused that i waited a week til it was beginning to snow to turn up).
oh the coincidence! i go all the way to africa and get sick, not from the food there, but from the airplane food. doc things i have an e coli infection.
so i am on cipro and some other high-voltage medication that is WIPING ME OUT. i have been chatting with people (getting updated on events i missed) and attempting to read theology all day.
went shopping with mom yesterday in avoidance of the coming snowiness and for the expenditure of xmas money and we had a really good time. sometimes there is really nothing as cool as shopping with your mom. at least if you're female.
classes have begun again and for the most part look good. i don't get to take the class with sandra wheeler that i was REALLY looking forward to because it conflicts with NCSS (another class with more credits), and i do have to take a class in a topic i am interested in with a prof. who exhibits ALL of the things that annoy me most about my father. he fills the conversation with meaningless, unimportant sentances that waste class time. it makes him seem unprepared.
but it is a seminar class, so we should be doing most of the talking anyway, and it will be okay.
i have missed school. i have missed people.
i MAY have finally succeeded in quitting chewing my fingernails, but i'm not getting my hopes up yet.
