Soaping and sleeping
Nov. 14th, 2004 08:06 pmare very good for my mental state.
i have been doing more of it this week than usual and as a result feel all of the possitive effects of activities that produce tangible things i can feel good about.
and i have been kind of sleepy and grumpy this past week so that is very good.
last night i kind of had it with the sluggishness and drugged myself good with nyquil before hitting the sack.
i went to bed at 9:30!
this is outrageous in heather-land. unheard of.
jen yi called a bit later and i talked with her for about a half hour. then i was asleep again for another hour and a half before ross called....i vaguely remember talking to him, but none of what we talked about.
i didn't wake up again until late this morning.
i got up around noon.
i figure i really needed that sleep.
spent most of the day with
cuddlejunkie1 talking and soaping and hanging out. she is very good company.
and now i am all set to get lots of work done.
which is good because i have lots of work to do.
most of tomorrow will be spent in my south africa immersion meeting and making sure the choir that is visiting gets fed. but one of the important things on the agenda is to arrange for my vacinations.
the other things are to bother the registrar's office (who never called me back friday) and arrange for meetings with kendel soulen and shaun casey.
