keisolo, i went to my garden and picked fresh peppermint, catnip and lemon balm (interestingly enough, while catnip acts as a stimulant for cats, it is a sedative for humans as well as good for respiratory function). i washed them, threw the leaves into a teapot, added boiling water and voila! a lemony minty concoction resulted that pleases me greatly. i don't often make teas from the fresh stuff in my garden. i should know better.
