the squash with cous cous is almost done and smells very good, but i have been foiled in my desire for immediate muffins. we have no coriander! so i will be making a trip to the grocery after lunch. :) enjoy. it strikes me that if you substitute vegetable broth for chicken, these recipes are vegan.....
