any circumstance is great for mango chutney. LOL. my condiment-of-choice is usually barbeque sauce (memphis style... I don't go in for that vinegar-y runny north carolina style). I will eat it on pretty much anything. indian food...mm... there's a hole-in-the-wall place here called the clay pit that is to DIE for. and they are so nice and have huge flat screen HD tv's that play satellite Indian television. It's awesome.
the socks are actually for a friend (i ended up choosing some truly heinous lisa frank-esque yarn that I would never wear and my friend was like "oh i love it!" so I decided to make some for her lol). She prefers ankle socks so ankle socks it was! I'm almost done with the cuff of the first one.
yeah my friend mandibaby is big into spinning/knitting and all that. She teaches sock knitting classes and all kinds of stuff. you should friend her!!
