Remind me to use your reply as well. Currently, mine is "I don't even make 5 feet. I'm too short and you just don't pay enough. P.S. Do me a favor and quit killing my friends by serving them up as entrees to for your so-called 'War on Terrorism.' I still can't figure out how you idiots can wage war on a concept. What's next? A 'War on Happiness'?"
I'm just glad I have dual citizenship. I couldn't belong 100% to a gun-happy USA.

you have dual citizenship? that's way cool! which other country claims you? i wish another country claimed me!
my pacifism stems from liberal christianity, so i can't quite justify dumping my anger on them. not everyone can be a pacifist (a government that will not defend itself is not a government very long), but i am appalled at our current strategy for just about everything.

Well, I guess I have triplicate citizenship w/ USA, Canada, and Italy. And yet I've lived in the US, Ireland & Canada.
I notice that you're doing the theology thing. I've got my MA in theology (BA in Theo., English, Art & Music).
I'm just getting the hang of the LJ thing and am transferring my old blog to this site...still have a lot of work to do. You do seem to have a lot of the same opinions I've come up with tho.

where did you study theology? have you found christianleft? or were you raised with a different faith? feel welcome to read my credo if you are interested (just a day or two past in posting). and please feel welcome to e-mail or im me (info on my userinfo page). i'm not often online for im, but it does happen occasionally.
i've only lived in mn for a year. i am originally from northern va. i am terribly homesick and very interested in new friends in the area...however far you may be, you are closer than the friends i grew up with. one of my best friends ever is named cecilia, btw, but she is bolivian, not canadian. :)
