The rules in this game of tag are simple -- once you have been tagged, you must write a blog with ten weird, random things, little known facts or habits about yourself. At the end choose 10 people to be tagged and list their names.
1. i used to wear boxers regularly back when my curves were less defined. i stopped when they got uncomfortable.
2. i was in color guard in high school before i started piping.

illusionstar in sunday school when i was 9...we then proceeded to go investigate wicca together. she stuck with it, i didn't.
4. i have a weird irrational freak-out about free-masonry and other "secret society" type male organizations. i would refuse to date someone on the basis of their participation. it seems to me like they are frats for guys who never grew out of that stage...and i didn't like frat culture when i was in college. mainly i just think it's creepy to be all secret like that.
5. i smoked off and on from age 16-21. now it gives me a stomach/headache.
6. i started more than half the girls in my group of friends in high school streaking. :)
7. i have a hazel birthmark in my left eye.
8. i had a pet chicken for 2 weeks once as part of a science experiment. i carried him around in a KFC bucket.
9. i had a pet pig for a year and a half in middle school. mom and i started a business. we were going to breed pigs. then the county made it illegal to have them (we were grandfathered in) and high vet bills necessitated getting rid of her. i can still mimic a pig perfectly.
10. i have a half brother and half sister who are 20 and 22 years older than i am, respectively.

1. The deciding factor when for me to lose my virginity when I did was how good a story it would make (Pastor's son, Easter Sunday, in the church organ loft. Lol).
2. I attended over a dozen different elementary schools. I've forgotten the exact number and most of their names, but by the time I got to high school it was over 15.
3. According to my brother, I named my first pet, a cat who I only barely remember, Hecate.
4. My hair grows fast and thick. I've donated over 24 inches of hair to Locks of Love.
5. I memorize lyrics compulsively. For a catchy song, I can usually remember them all after hearing it once or twice.
6. Even though I'm a very optimistic person in general, I have bizarre negative fantasies in which I imagine how things could go horribly (sometimes hilariously) wrong. I guess it's a way of preparing myself for potential disaster. I've done it all my life.
7. The only time since age 6 I've been at an appropriate weight for my height was during my growth spurt at age 12.
8. I have a wicked looking scar on my right palm from a 3rd degree burn I got as a toddler. (I tripped and fell, and my hand/arm landed on a kerosene heater)
9. Even though I work in a tech support call center, I haven't had a computer class or any IT education since high school, where I took the minimum course to graduate.
10. If I live to be very old (say 70+) I plan to spend my pension/retirement fund on all the illegal drugs I want to try now but won't because of the legal/health ramifications. I don't like it when people say "live each day as though it's your last." I guess it works for some people, but to me it seems like a disincentive to do smart things like save money and exercise. I prefer Nietzche's admonition to live your life as though instead of a heavenly reward or punishment in hell, your sentence would be to live your life over and over through eternity, exactly the way you lived it the first time.

i also memorize lyrics. not compulsively, but to every song i really like. you should check out vienna teng if you don't know her already. she's got some wonderfully catchy stuff and it isn't all fluff, which i like.
hecate is a cool name.
my hair is over 26 inches long and i often contemplate donating it.
i rather think you and i would hang out a great deal if we lived closer to one another.
