i hate stupid shit.
and i hate it when people who need something from ross call me instead.
and ross? he also hates it when people who want something from him call me instead.
ross is not a big hairy, scary monster. he does not eat little children for breakfast. he is a nice man who is perfectly civil to people who call him on the phone. really. i've heard him talking to them. he's very nice unless you're the phone company and you've goofed up his bill.

you know what i hate worse than that?
people who make me feel guilty for not wanting to play go-between
or worse, people who put our friendship on the line over my not wanting to be a go-between.

so really. unless it is for a surprise party, you have already called his phone and not gotten him, or you really want to piss me off and can't think of something better....call ross when you need to talk to ross. call me when you want to talk to me.

Only reason I would call you to talk to Ross would be because I don't have his phone number. Which means I also can't call Ross to talk to you, I suppose.

But it is stupid. And it kind of sucks to get a phone call, and have them want to talk to someone else. Hopefully this gets the message across.

the main thing that bothers me is when it is business. i don't mind if they can't get ahold of ross and call me to see if i know where he is - or to get a phone number. that's fine...but i don't want to be involved in ross's computer tinkering and things like that.
the person in question is not on lj....i just needed to vent...which means we will still need to have an in-person conversation about this. ugh.
