um...so ross and i watched rent for the first time last night. and i need to know... is there a cure for getting that "measure your life in love" song out of your head?
Five hundred twenty five thousand six hundred minutes Five hundred twenty five thousand moments so dear Five hundred twenty five thousand six hundred minutes How do you measure, measure a year?
In daylights, in sunsets, in midnights, in cups of coffee In inches, in miles, in laughter in strife In five hundred twenty five thousand six hundred minutes How do you measure a year in the life?
How about love? How about love? How about love? Measure in love Seasons of love
And then they go in the solos... which I'm too lazy to type.
Dude, you have no idea. I'm a huge Jonathan Larson fan. Me and the boy can *sing* the ENTIRE RENT play... pretty much. I saw it in Broadway, the summer of 2002. I got rush tickets. I was in the second row... and I cried like a little baby.
Seasons of Love is like my *favorite* song... that one and La Vie Boheme.
Coincidentally, the scarf that Mark wears in the play, the red and black scarf... it striped on one side, and black on the other with 525,600 in red letters on the other. I should know. I own that scarf.

Um..try the Pippin Soundtrack. But I'm not sure that's going to be preferable!

How about love? How about love? How about love?
