the good and the bad...the ugly has gone to lunch

things i hate:

being forced to jump through hoops to get anything done.

unprofessional people who go straight to my manager instead of telling me when they have a problem.

things i like:

that my boss ignores people who go to her instead of telling me when they have a problem.

i wish i could give her full credit, but i think she was just too busy(as usual) to respond. she and the lead have been pretty clear about what our priorities are and fixing whiny people's problems is not high on the list compared to the other things i'm supposed to be doing....thank God. i just need to drill it through my head that my inbox is NOT my to-do list.
