mostly i drink irish whiskey, with a strong preference for jameson, redbreast and tyrconnel. not much of a bushmills fan, although visiting their distillery was fun. or i like knob creek if we're talking bourbon. as to scotch....i'm pretty under-educated. i have enjoyed both...but i think i prefer the single malts. i think we have some laphroaig at home.
