the e-mail i wanted to write

dear manager x.
why are you picking on me and siding with the outrageous claims of your lazy and bitchy employee? i work very hard to be helpful and friendly, but if every requestor acted the way she did, i would never get any of my work done. she used to be really on the ball and great to work with, but the last couple of weeks any little thing i have asked for becomes a giant nightmare of extra work and coping with her snarkiness. this is only the latest incarnation of the problem. every other requestor provides me with vendor ID, vendor location code, 3M item ID and pricing so that i can update our item master and make sure purchase orders go smoothly to the correct place. i don't understand why this one gets the special treatment. some of these vendors have 40 locations, all of which have the same address. how i am i supposed to know what terms the requestor wants or where she wants it to come from? you have backed up my co-worker on this exact same problem, but when i have issues, you are backing up her. what did i ever do to you to deserve such unfair, impracticable treatment? please reconsider your position on this and instead help me with your raving bitch of an employee.

signed,
your pissed off friend heather

Yowza!
Sounds like a nasty situation. I hope that the Powers That Be see some reason and come down hard on this pain in the rear end person!

thanks for the support

you of all people understand what it is to have to grit your teeth and smile while being walked on in the work place.
