my phone
is officially broken.
it won't turn on.
that's pretty broken. luckily we have cell-phone insurance.
so if you've been trying to call me and not been able to reach me - this is why. i will take my phone in - hopefully today and try to get that taken care of. it is my hunch that they will simply give me a new phone and not bother to repair this one. it's 3 years old and (as far as they are concerned) obsolete.
the remainder of the tremere event went well. it was GREAT to see![[profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/silk/identity/user.png)
bakerstacythere (surprise!) and get to play with her. silvertongue1 went early to help set up, but ross and i were late due to a wedding reception for katlyn and ash....which was REALLY nice. i'm so glad i went. they are still with us and taught me to play a russian card game called duroc last night. quite fun. we talked all kinds of philosophy and child-raising and movies with values we agree with and books and....well, you get the picture. it is good stuff hanging out with them.
i am really looking forward to going to florida in a couple of days. i just hope my phone gets fixed before then.
this afternoon i am dropping off my dress, picking up my perscription, taking my phone to be fixed, and making dinner. if i'm lucky i might even get some homework done. i also need to find out why i didn't get paid last week even though my time card was approved wednesday as usual. woot!
EDIT: i called sprint. i love phone insurance. for 50 bucks they are overnighting me a new phone. same model. i will have it tomorrow.
