i haven't actually made it, but i have several recipes for it...and sometimes it is called rarebit and sometimes it is called rabbit...i don't think there's a right way. from the recipes i've seen, it looks more like fondue than beer cheese soup. i have made fondue before and it turned out really well. it just takes too long for me to make it often.
