sigh.
i just got off the phone with mitchel hopper, one of my best friends from college.
we talked for 3 hours.

sometimes i think i almost like philosophical/theological conversations better than i like sex.
ALMOST.

you know, you are only two states away....it's too bad they're such big ones. i would say you should IM me, but i'm almost never on AIM - too damn busy. when i was full-time it was different. i become friends with xerotic almost completely over IM and the phone. when i slow down a bit (read - get a job so i don't have to be so frantically looking during my "down-time"), we should definately find a way to talk.
i found that i had more of that kind of conversation with ross before we were married than after....he's smart enough, we're just both so tired and bogged down in practical things that sometimes it takes someone we don't see all the time to provoke that kind of cool discussion.
