shiney knitting!!

2 things.
i am ABOUT through with getting my brother amos socks in an acceptable state for working on again - as in, i won't dread the thought of them anymore because there is so much frogging to do. 

and i have knitting dates with new friends met through ravelry today and tomorrow! too cool!

so i went to borealis yarn store for the first time today.
and they had SUCH wonderful sock yarn...although they also had an awful lot of plymouth yarn, which does 100% keystone pricing, so i can't buy from them (votin' with my dollars!). still it was lovely. and i had coffee with a nice lady from ravelry who lives near me. and i got 2 skeins of yarn.
